Marco Rovagnati is a multidisciplinary consultant with experience leading strategic insights and innovation projects in the US, UK, India and Africa.
He has partnered with some of the world’s top brands - both directly and in partnership with agencies - and has launched his own ventures in sustainability and wellness.
Marco specialises in solving complex business challenges, working at the intersection of qualitative research, business strategy and creative thinking.

Bio:
Marco is an innovation consultant, researcher and design strategist with a background in anthropology, media, and international development. Having worked across dozens of product categories and industries, he brings a unique and holistic perspective to his work.
Marco holds a BA in Anthropology and Media from Goldsmiths, University of London and a MSc in Development Management from the London School of Economics, where he focused on the role of entrepreneurship in African Development.
Recent Projects:
A strategic innovation project for one of the leading gaming brands to understand their customers across the globe from Los Angeles to Jaipur by immersing in their lives through at-home ethnography. The work informed a new approach to segments and innovation platforms.
Landscape mapping of technologies such as AI, Software, Robotics and Platforms used as a force for good across categories such as climate change, governance and health culminating in the creation of an innovation toolkit for a US telco.
A leading sports brand in the process of consolidating their membership offering used a set of cultural insights on the meaning of community for urban youth to unify their digital presence across apps from training to shopping.
Experience across several drinks innovation projects, mostly focusing on functional / sustainable ingredients from coffee to plant-based dairy, fermented drinks and flavour innovation in beers and spirits.
